Colliers International is a global leader in real estate, providing an extensive range of property management services. EMC has been working with Colliers International since 2014 and has performed around 11 lighting upgrades thus far.

Along with Granite State College previously showcased, 175 Canal Street is another property managed by Colliers International which EMC upgraded to a high efficient LED system in 2016. In the previous year, the historical York Cigar Building was converted into office spaces for a progressive marketing agency who service high profile clients such as ESPN, Sweet Baby Rays and Bauer.

As a part of the renovations the Collier’s tenant wanted to make sure the lighting was conducive to team collaboration and helped aid mental stimulation.  EMC was able to achieve this by installing aesthetically pleasing LED volumetric fixture kits along with a variety of cool toned LED lamps.
