At EMC, we take project management very seriously. With proper planning, execution is easily attainable. We strive to allow our customers to continue their daily operations with very little interruption from the installation of their new lighting system.
Project Management
- Pre-Construction – initial organization of project. Meet onsite with Project Developers, Contractors and Sub-Electrical Contractors.
- Project Timeline – setting start and completion dates to meet customer’s needs, determining access requirements for building.
- Material Management – including ordering, receiving, storing and maintaining inventory.
- Installation Execution – insuring Electrical Contractors complete on time, on budget installation.
- Project Tracking – periodic review and reporting of project progress.
- Customer Problem Solving – at any time during or after the project.
- Closing – Post customer and utility walk-throughs to assure complete customer satisfaction.
- Follow Through – Deliver as built and warranty documentation to customer.
