EMC teams up with several different utility companies, energy service companies, equipment vendors, and labor vendors for the sole purpose of providing our customers with a clean turn-key energy upgrade. Our primary focus is complete customer satisfaction.

EMC has developed these relationships necessary to successfully carry out lighting projects throughout our current territory. Examples of these are as follows:

• Utility Companies – over the years we have developed strong relationships with various utility companies and their account managers. Through our commitment to quality designs and installation, our relationships continue to grow.
• Energy Service Companies – through the efforts of EMC’s project developers, we team up with energy service companies to provide our customers with a whole-building approach to energy conservation and produce additional guaranteed savings.
• Material Vendors – we utilize most of the major fixture manufactures as well as several of the outfits specializing in high efficiency lighting products. Down stream from the manufactures we have excellent relationships with distributors varying from National Chains to single location distributorships.
• Labor Vendors – we utilize contract labor for our projects. Currently our list of electrical contractors numbers above 20 ranging in size from 4 man shops all the way to some of the largest contracting firms in the nation. From this group we can call on union or non-union labor as required.
