These projects were delivered under the leadership of CCB, Inc. who served as the prime contractor. EMC was brought in by CCB as the lighting subcontractor and was responsible for the design, procurement, and installation of the facility’s lighting systems.

PHASE I

• Exterior loading dock lighting upgrades
• Replacement of existing fixtures with energy-efficient LED lighting
• Improved visibility and safety at loading dock areas

PHASE II

• Expanded exterior lighting improvements
• Additional LED lighting upgrades at exterior facility areas
• Enhanced lighting controls to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
