Dave brings more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical industry. Prior to his career in the mechanical trades, he proudly served five years in the United States Air Force, where he developed the discipline, work ethic, and commitment to excellence that have defined his professional career. Over the past 20 years, Dave served as Mechanical Foreman, successfully leading and supervising a team of 18–20 mechanics. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing field operations. His experience includes overseeing complex mechanical installations, maintenance programs, and service projects, ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Dave enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
